“Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” mengisahkan tentang 4 kura-kura yakni Raphael (Alan Ritchson), Michelangelo (Noel Fisher), Leonardo (Johnny Knoxville) dan Donatello (Jeremy Howard) yang berubah menjadi ninja. Mereka berguru pada tikus bernama Splinter (Danny Woodburn) dan berjuang memerangi kejahatan Shredder (William Fichtner) beserta komplotannya di kota New York. Disamping itu mereka juga dibantu oleh reporter cantik April O’Neil (Megan Fox) dan kameramennya, Vern Fenwick (Will Arnett). Berhasilkah Ninja Turtles mengalahkannya?
